Sweet Baby Girl

My brother Jody and his wife Lisa had their first baby today. She is a beautiful baby girl, weighing in at 8 lbs. 15 oz. (exactly the same as Hailey weighed). No pictures yet, but she is adorable and mother and baby are doing well!

Thanksgiving Weekend

This is the three of us pregnant women at Chandice's shower. Lisa is due Dec. 5, Chandice is due Feb. 11, and I am due Mar. 14. We were lucky to all be together for a picture before Lisa has her baby!

Hailey was always asking, "What is Joshua doing?" She pretended to be scared of him but I think she really likes him.

Happy Birthday Ash!

We celebrated Ashley's birthday two days ago. It's always fun to have family and friends over and celebrate another year! Hailey loved helping him blow out the candles.

Welcome Winter?

Like many of you, we received our first big snowstorm last week. Hailey loves, loves, loves the snow. I'm not sure I feel the same way, but it's inevitable right?

Diaper Genie

So I need some input from you all. I'm thinking about getting a Diaper Genie, but I have never owned one and I am wondering if it's worth the investment. I have a little diaper pail, but it doesn't have a deodorizer, so it can get pretty stinky. I am constantly spraying Lysol in and around it. So I am wondering if any of you have a Diaper Genie and if it is expensive to buy the refills or if it's worth it. Any input I can get would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

Happy Halloween!

We had a really fun Halloween this year. There is a Trunk-or-Treat every year at our church, and tons of people come. We have soup and scones, then the kids go around and get candy from all the decorated trunks. Hailey was a Steeler's cheerleader, I was a witch, and Ashley was a vampire.
